My Best Works

In this paper, I analyze the juxtaposition of Milton Friedman's definition of a corporation in 1970, with today's B Corporation Certification and expose why there is a definite need for sustainability measures in business.

In my Advanced Environmental Economics course, I utilized Integrated Assessment Models to draft a carbon tax policy.

In Principles of Marketing, we were granted the task of developing a comprehensive marketing plan for Bellingham's local newspaper, the Herald. This allowed me to work collaboratively with a team and creatively to market an industry that is turning more digital.

One of my favorite courses while at WWU was Introduction to Urban Planning. This class served as the catalyst for my interest in sustainable design and LEED certification. I chose to research Vancouver BC, as the city is a leader in sustainable planning.

The prerequisite to my Business & Sustainability's major capstone course is Greening Business Policy and Practices. In this course we drew upon biomimicry, the idea of looking to nature to develop sustainable solutions. This essay examines this concept as well as bio-integrity.
